Ready to wind down, reconnect, and find joy in nature? We are so excited to invite you to our upcoming community workshop, beautifully hosted by Melissa & Madeeha. This is a dedicated, safe space curated specifically for women and non-binary individuals to come together, share space, and embrace the wild.
The workshop will have 3 main elements: the body, mind and soul. Melissa & Madeeha will walk you through different exercises in breathwork, writing and body movement.
