Rolento with Grâce

Grâce is a professional dancer & teacher with solid foundations in urban dances. Her background in Dancehall and African Urban Dances has deeply shaped her artistic identity and the way she approaches movement.

This foundation strongly influences her Rolento, a footwork-based dance from Martinique traditionally performed to Dancehall and Shatta music. In her choreography and teaching, she aims to transmit both the fundamental bases of Rolento and her musical approach to it — an approach rooted in her Dancehall and African Urban Dances background, where groove, rhythm, and cultural awareness are central.
