BACKGROUND

La Guinée Fare is a cultural association where you can learn to dance and play Guinean rhythms from West Africa. Guinea has a rich history that is expressed and told through song, music and dance. Guinean dance is very powerful, energetic and has explosive rhythms with natural movements. The dance provides an experience that is both liberating and very joyful. Guinean dance is a good exercise to stay in shape. Nothing better after a day's work to focus on body and soul than dancing to the sound of the djembe.
